Born and raised in South Florida, I’ve lived here my entire life and have watched firsthand how the communities, neighborhoods, and real estate markets have evolved. That lifelong local perspective is one of the greatest advantages I bring to my clients.
South Florida is made up of dozens of unique micro-markets, and I believe successful real estate decisions come down to understanding the details. I look beyond the listing photos and asking price — examining HOA reserves, inspections, insurance, flood zones, rental restrictions, taxes, and the numbers that can ultimately determine whether a property is the right fit.
My approach is simple: honest advice, local expertise, and a strategy built around your goals. Buyers get a plan. Sellers get pricing they can defend. Investors get numbers, not optimism.
